Dance Gavin Dance

Description:

Dance Gavin Dance's self-titled second studio album, originally issued by Rise Records in August 2008, captures the Sacramento bands bold shift with Kurt Travis on clean vocals and Zac Garren on guitar. Featuring tracks such as Alex English, Buffalo!, Me and Zoloft Get Along Just Fine, and The Robot with Human Hair Pt. 3, the record blends post-hardcore, math rock, and progressive elements. The 2017 vinyl pressing is on 180-gram vinyl, reissuing the album with its original energy and intricate arrangements. Dance Gavin Dance's sophomore release helped define their early experimental approach and remains a landmark in their catalog.
