The complete album + bonus track - pressed on limited edition red vinyl, includes new specially prepared liner notes by Penguin Guide to Jazz's writer Brian Morton. The sequel to the previous year's wonderful 'Ella & Louis', 'Ella & Louis Again' (1957) again displaying the magic of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong duetting together on songs from the great standards songbook and backed by the legendary Oscar Peterson Quartet.
"On the whole, judged as entertainment, and from the perspective of anyone who has ever had a phonographic romance with either Ella or Louis, this set is more relaxed and more successful than their previous cooperative venture. It can hardly fail to break sales records for them both." - ***** Leonard Feather, DownBeat
