JUDGE ‘BRINGING IT DOWN’ LP (Yellow Vinyl)

Description:

LABEL: Revelation Records
ORIGINAL RELEASE DATE: 1989
VARIANT: Yellow Vinyl LP

Bringin It Down is the album that bridges the gap between Eighties and Nineties NYHC. Featuring members of youth crew acts like Youth of Today and Side By Side, Judge took the ecstatic energy of New Yorks late-Eighties straight-edge scene and bulked up that sound with the thrashy guitar tones of metallic contemporaries like Killing Time and Leeway. Therefore, Bringin It Down has the springy songwriting and defiant personality of Revelation Records peak era, but its heavy enough to still hit hard today.
